Hidden Gems Event – Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket to the Hidden Gems event, you agree to the following terms:
• No Refunds: All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
• No Exchanges: Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event or date.
• Event Changes: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event lineup, schedule, or format without issuing refunds.
• Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders may be eligible for a credit toward a future event or a rescheduled date.
• Transfer of Tickets: Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets for the Hidden Gems event may be transferred to another person if the original ticket holder is unable to attend.
• Transfer Allowed: The original ticket purchaser may transfer their ticket to another individual before the event date.
• Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to provide the ticket confirmation or QR code to the new attendee.
• Single Entry: Each ticket or QR code can only be used once for entry. Once a ticket has been scanned or redeemed, it cannot be reused.
• No Organizer Liability: The event organizer is not responsible for duplicate, lost, or transferred tickets once they have been delivered to the original purchaser.
